Reasons Why Your Anger Seem Uncontrolable.

CONTROLING ANGER

There are three types of anger, 1st is “hasty and sudden anger”: it is caused by the impulse of self-preservation, it occurs mostly when tormented or trapped. Second is called “settled and deliberate anger,” this often happens when one reacts to perceived deliberate harm or unfair treatment by others. The third is called “dispositional”, this is related more to character traits than to instincts. Psychotherapist Micheal C. Graham defines anger in terms of our expectations and assumptions about the world, he states that anger almost always results when we are caught up… expecting the world to be different than it is, usually those who experience anger explain its arousal as a result of “what has happened to them” and in most cases the described provocations occur immediately before the anger as a corrosive emotion that can run off with your mental and physical health. REASONS PEOPLE GET ANGRY There’s no shortage of theories about why people get angry, let’s go through some explainable reasons. {1} To harm oneself: Being depressed often results in anger directed at oneself for feeling and being powerless. {2} To achieve control: when things go differently as we anticipate, anger is often used to intimidate in order to manipulate. {3} To feel powerful: when we feel small, getting others to feel smaller makes us feel in comparison big. {4} To fight injustice: Being outrage at inequity, being committed against oneself or others. Anger is considered a negative emotion that one should eliminate but some people see it as a way to respond to injustice, that been said one should be careful not to lose himself to anger. As the outcome always leads to regret.
